Juvenile Law
Experienced Counsel
Juvenile Law is a specialized hybrid between criminal and civil law. Not all criminal attorneys are proficient in handling juvenile cases. I've handled these cases for almost twenty years. I'll protect the rights of the child from detention to disposition. I consistently attend continuing education courses to keep up with this constantly changing area of the law. I routinely handle complex juvenile cases including determinate sentence and certification cases.
Criminal Law
Aggressive Representation
Over the past nineteen years, I've handled Criminal cases from speeding tickets to murder cases. My job is to turn you into a person, as opposed to simply a paper file on a prosecutor's desk. The Assistant District Attorney, judge and jury need to see a complete picture of the case. This includes collaborating with my clients on a proper defense. I handle all misdemeanor and felony cases.

If you have a legal issue and would like to speak to a Juvenile or Criminal Attorney, get in touch with me to schedule a free consultation.
I grew up in Fort Bend County and graduated from Clements High School in Sugar Land. I received a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University and my Juris Doctorate from Baylor Law School. I was an Assistant District Attorney in Walker County and Fort Bend County for six years. During my time as a prosecutor, I worked in the County Courts at Law and District Courts on juvenile, misdemeanor and felony cases. This experience is invaluable in case evaluation. I opened my solo practice upon leaving the DA's Office. I enjoy getting to know my clients and their families. You need a local attorney who isn't afraid to take on the system. I'm experienced at handling cases from detention to disposition, including jury and bench trials.
